Food and Drinks

The Boutique Hotel De Witte Dame provides accommodation and facilities for meetings, but also offers you the opportunity to enjoy a range of culinary delights prepared by a kitchen team supervised by Simon de Winter.

Hotel guests, but also passers-by, are more than welcome to come and sample our delicious, luxurious breakfast which includes, among other things, a selection of fresh bread from the local bakery, all kinds of home-made treats, fresh fruit juices and salads.

By lunch time, the restaurant, and the terrace if the weather is fine, are open for anyone who wants to enjoy a delicious lunch. In our kitchen we work as much as possible with products that are presented in a rich, gourmet fashion. There are dishes for people with large appetites and for those who prefer smaller meals.

Passers-by are welcome to visit our restaurant until 22.00 hours and can order the meals from the lunch menu until 20.00 hours. From 20.00 until 21.00 hours hotel guests can also order a meal from a small evening menu (such as soup of the day or a flamkuchen).

If you feel like an aperitif in the afternoon, you could also order a board of carefully-selected kinds of sausage and cheese, bread with dips or other ‘finger-food’.

The drinks menu is organically orientated. In addition, we serve the beautiful Piccolo coffee blend from a La Marzocco machine with Lattiz milk, the ‘crème de la crème’ at the moment.

We have various kinds of beer on our menu which are supplied by local brewers and importers. KEK! from Ouderkerk aan de Amstel presents its seasonal beers, especially personalised for De Witte Dame. BesteBieren from Abcoude completes the menu with renowned beers from the Belgian Waardamme.

Local importer Paul Zekveld from ZekVinos supplies wine that he sources from small wineries in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. His love of wine has created an exciting and extensive selection.

The unofficial word ‘dinch’ is a combination of the words dinner and lunch. It is most similar to the meal ‘brunch’ which is served regularly within many cafés and restaurants. By the time the kitchen has closed and you will be sufficiently filled with food you can just sit back and relax with a glass of wine or a delightful cup of coffee.

Rooms, food and drinks can only be paid for with a Debit Card or Credit Card. We cannot accept cash.
